Refund Policy

All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return or exchange it by contacting our customer service at 0333-4766356.

Dote accepts returns or exchanges only within 7 days from the delivery date. Items claimed after 7 days will not be accepted.

When returning a package, ensure it is undamaged. Damaged returns will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer for the product value only, excluding shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanged orders will incur a delivery charge of Rs. 199.
