Returns and Exchanges

Products may be exchanged at any of our regular stores within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The price label is attached
  • The original purchase invoice is presented

Please note:

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange
  • Products cannot be exchanged due to variations in color or texture from online images

If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase by:

  • Emailing images of the defective product to dotecustomer@gmail.com
  • Calling +92 326 6118936

After our team reviews the product, you will receive an exchange for an item of equal value.

Refunds

We generally have a "No Refund" policy. However, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:

  • The product is out of stock
  • The product is faulty

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will be credited for the item's cost, including applicable taxes
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable

Please allow:

  • Up to 2 weeks for processing returns
  • Up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled any time before they are processed. Once an order is shipped:

  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
  • The "Return and Exchange Policy" applies

Dote reserves the right to cancel orders in various situations, such as:

  • The item is out of stock
  • There are pricing errors
  • The credit card payment is declined by the issuing institution
