Returns and Exchanges
Products may be exchanged at any of our regular stores within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
 
- The price label is attached
 
- The original purchase invoice is presented
 
Please note:
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange
 
- Products cannot be exchanged due to variations in color or texture from online images
 
If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase by:

After our team reviews the product, you will receive an exchange for an item of equal value.
Refunds
We generally have a "No Refund" policy. However, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:
- The product is out of stock
 
- The product is faulty
 
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the original payment method
 
- You will be credited for the item's cost, including applicable taxes
 
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
 
Please allow:
- Up to 2 weeks for processing returns
 
- Up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
 
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled any time before they are processed. Once an order is shipped:
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
 
- The "Return and Exchange Policy" applies
 
Dote reserves the right to cancel orders in various situations, such as:
- The item is out of stock
 
- There are pricing errors
 
- The credit card payment is declined by the issuing institution
